Our Racing Academy is looking for its first pilot.

The 1,000 candidates registered for the format will have the right to choose how to be selected.

At the end of the selections, 100 participants will move on to the next phase.

The Karts used for this phase are the CRG Centurion equipped with a 390cc Honda engine and with adjustable seat and pedals to facilitate use by users of different heights. The Karts are equipped with everything needed to balance performance by adding ballast for the lighter ones. The supervision of the official CRG Team, which will manage the event, will guarantee all participants the same sporting treatment. See point 2 of the regulation.

The virtual part of the Road to Race contest takes place exclusively in all professional driving simulation centers of Driving Simulation Center: enthusiasts can qualify by setting their best lap from October 23rd to 26th. Only those registered for the Road To Race will have access to the test. The organizer will provide the complete list of those registered for the simulation centers and everyone must present themselves with their registration form received via email from the organizer. Everyone will have the same amount of time available to create the best lap (3 sessions of 10 minutes). Car and circuit will be the same for everyone. Driving Simulation Center will record all sessions, times and telemetry of all participants . The sessions will remain online and available to compare your time with that of other competitors. Under the supervision of Drifting champions from the Daba Racing team, the 100 participants who have passed the first selection will have to compete in skid control tests with very powerful racing cars.
The judges will have the task of evaluating their ability to control the vehicle and their reactivity in critical situations.

We get to the heart of the challenges with increasingly high-performance vehicles and difficult tests for the 50 remaining competitors. CRG makes its Racing Karts equipped with 2-stroke engines available for a series of tests and races.
We will know the 10 strongest candidates who will enter Road To Race Academy.

The test includes two driving test sessions for each participant. The top 7 finishers will move forward in the Academy, while among the bottom 3 finishers, one driver will have the chance to be saved by the Special Judge. The other 2 will be eliminated from the competition.

The competitors remaining in the race will compete with the professional simulator SKYDrive where they will carry out a series of tests on the Monza track in preparation for the race with a Formula Regional car identical to the one that will be used in the race.

The competitors familiarize themselves with the single-seaters on the prestigious Monza Circuit: practical and technical approach to driving a Formula car and first tests on the track. The judges have the task of selecting the 4 finalists for the final phase.

The final phase includes a crescendo of skill tests and direct competitions, which will determine the Winner of the First Edition of Road to Race Academy.

The Winner continues his journey to get to a real Formula 3 competition; a special episode will follow the race of the F2000 Formula Trophy championship in 2025.
